Adds a PROTOTYPE notice and a README banner making clear this is an early-stage research prototype (not a product), spelling out the relevant warnings/disclaimers, welcoming interest and collaboration, and linking the ethics/UX context: phronesis, phronesiser (normative constraints) and vexometer (interaction ethics / UX), plus the Palimpsest ethical-use licence.
